Hygienic seals are designed so that they have flush diaphragms to minimise the risk of harbourages and thus reduce potential sources of contamination. The system fill fluid used to transmit the pressure from the diaphragm to the gauge head is FDA approved to protect in the event of seal damage.
Our hygienic seals are manufactured entirely from 316L stainless steel and can be fitted to pressure gauges, pressure transmitters or pressure switches. The seals can be directly to the gauge or via a capillary for remote mounting.
Industry standard Tri-clover, RJT, IDF,SMS or Din connections from 25mm to 100mm diameter can be supplied.
Our analogue hygienic seal gauges are available in 63mm, 100mm and 160mm dial sizes.
Our digital versions are available as 100mm dial size.
